Meet the Team

Alondra Sánchez, MSE, NCC, Licensed Professional Counselor
My name is Alondra Sanchez (She/Ella) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin with a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and personal growth. I have a personal background that has shaped my perspective as a therapist. I was born and raised in the US for most of my life, however, I spent the first 4 years of my life living in Mexico. When I returned to the US and started school, I began my journey of adapting to a new culture and learning the English language. This experience has impacted how I walk through life. As a first-generation Latina woman, I have a deep understanding of the role that culture plays in all aspects of our lives, including our mental health and well-being.
As a therapist, I have a particular passion for supporting birthing people of color during the perinatal period, recognizing the unique cultural, social and systemic factors that impact their mental health. I provide a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can address perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, navigate identity and cultural challenges, and find support in their journey to parenthood. In addition to this, I am experienced in helping individuals adjust to significant life changes. Whether you are entering college, becoming a parent, or facing other major transitions, I can provide guidance and support to help you navigate these changes with resilience and self-compassion.
